At Auroop, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from auroop.com.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Return Types

To ensure fairness, we classify returns into two categories:

1. Defective or Incorrect Items (Free Return)

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or color
  • The product is significantly different from its description

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs.

2. Standard Returns (Customer Responsibility)

  • Change of mind
  • Preference or expectations not met
  • Comfort or fit concerns
  • App experience or feature preferences

In these cases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Notes

The following are NOT considered defects:

  • App connectivity or Bluetooth issues (device compatibility/settings may vary)
  • Differences in health data compared to medical devices
  • Personal expectations regarding features or performance

Auroop products are consumer wellness devices, not medical devices.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that show signs of use
  • Apply a restocking fee (up to 20%) if the item is not in original condition

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@auroop.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number + reason for return
  3. If defective, provide photos/videos
  4. Wait for approval before sending the item back

Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Full Refund

  • Approved defective items
  • Items returned in original condition

Partial Refund

We may deduct a fee if:

  • Item is used, damaged, or missing packaging
  • Return condition affects resale value

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, orders must go through the return process

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please take photos immediately and contact support@auroop.com with your order details.

Delivered but Not Received

Please check with neighbors or building management first. If still missing, contact the carrier, then reach out to us for assistance.
