All products purchased directly from auroop.com are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.

1. Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required for all warranty claims.

2. What Is Covered

Auroop warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended conditions.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear: scratches, cosmetic damage, or aging from regular use
• Accidental damage: drops, impacts, liquid exposure, or misuse
• Improper use: failure to follow instructions or improper handling
• Unauthorized modifications: repairs or alterations not performed by Auroop
• Loss or theft: lost or stolen products are not covered
• Unauthorized purchases: products not purchased from auroop.com

4. Warranty Resolution

If a valid defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Auroop will, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement product, or
• Provide a functionally equivalent replacement

The replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not reset after replacement.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, repair services are not offered.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

2. Include the following information:
   • Your order number
   • A clear description of the issue
   • Photos or a short video showing the problem
3. Our support team will review your request and provide next steps

In some cases, you may be required to return the product for inspection. Instructions will be provided if needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auroop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

The total liability of Auroop under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
